Xinhui joined NTU in 2010 with Ministry of Education SM3 Scholarship. He received his B.Eng degree in Mechanical Engineering as the Top Student of MAE in 2014. He completed his PhD degree under the Nanyang President’s Graduate Scholarship (NPGS) in 2018.
